Polar Training Services is a unique workplace training provider established by Jonathan Moran, designing and delivering advanced communication skills courses for frontline staff and managers right across the UK.
Throughout his career Jonathan has focused on developing and delivering courses on improving relationships with service users, customers or colleagues and helping staff to deal with a range of difficult or emotionally challenging situations.
We specialise in running full and half day training programmes for frontline staff to develop their skills and confidence to:
- Handle calls or have conversations with people who are angry or upset.
- Respond appropriately to customers or service users who are distressed or suicidal.
We also run courses for managers on a range of staff care issues and design and deliver Inset Day sessions for schools and colleges on subjects such as suicide and self-harm.
Every Polar Training Course is bespoke and unique because we believe that no two training solutions in these areas are ever the same. We will always agree a programme and learning outcomes that are right for you and deliver the training at your venue for groups of up to twenty delegates. We offer reduced rates to clients in the public and voluntary sectors.
