Polar Training Services is a unique workplace training provider established by Jonathan Moran, designing and delivering advanced communication skills courses for frontline staff and managers across the UK.
Jonathan is a qualified training professional working in learning and development for over 15 years. His experience of designing and delivering bespoke specialist communication skills courses spans across all sectors.
Jonathan began his career in training in the Financial Services Sector before moving to work in Local Government. More recently he has been responsible for managing Samaritans Workplace Training Service. He has had an association with Samaritans for over 20 years and continues to deliver workplace training for the charity.

He also works with individuals offering career development sessions on a 1-1 basis, to enhance their job search, presentation and interview skills and confidence.
Jonathan is a qualified member of the CIPD and BILD. He is also qualified to use the following popular and well respected tools:
